Grafter Year-in-Review 2022
If you’d asked us a year ago where we thought Grafter would be finishing up 2022, we couldn’t have hoped for the things we’ve achieved. From launching landmark buildings in world cities to growing our team, here’s just a bit of what we’ve accomplished in 2022.
3 New Flexible Workspaces in Dublin & London
In 2022, we added three workspaces to the Grafter portfolio: Ely House, Bedford House and Tom’s House.
Ely House at 10 Ely Place, Dublin 2, is an outstanding refurbished period building, extending to nearly 5,000 sqft and offering members a centrally located Dublin HQ, with everything they need to achieve their best. Shower facilities, bike storage, courtyard, lounge space and a fully-stocked kitchen come as part of the package, not to mention two meeting rooms and fully-furnished private office suites. Our Ely Place members are ideally located just a five minute walk from St. Stephen’s Green and with a number of public transport options – including bus routes, Aircoach and Dublin Bikes – just off Baggot Street, Ely House brings the whole of Dublin City to your doorstep.
Bedford House marked Grafter’s entrance into the London office market, with this exceptionally refurbished period workspace on Bedford Square. Located just off of Tottenham Court Road – with the new Elizabeth line – Bedford House is the ideal location for businesses looking to make a home in central London. Bedford House offers private office suites for teams of any size, and our on-site concierge team will ensure that you have everything you need to hand for your best day.
Flexibility is built into Tom’s House, a centrally located shared work environment in the heart of Dublin 2. For individuals looking for a hybrid solution or smaller teams searching for a city centre base a few days a week, Tom’s House offers flexible membership options that work with you.
Grafter’s Growing Team

In 2022, we added six new front-of-house team members, plus a group of behind the scenes hospitality, marketing and design specialists, all committed to building the best possible experience for our members. The best part? We’re not slowing down – and are looking forward to offering even more in 2023.
Better Together: 65+ Partnerships that Give You the Best of Work-Life Balance
In 2022, Grafter partnered with over 65 venues – some of the biggest names in dining, entertainment, wellness and hospitality – to offer our members a day-to-night, 360 work-lifestyle offering. We know that business often occurs outside of the four walls our members occupy from 9 to 5, be that spaces to entertain clients, celebrate with colleagues or simply recharge after a long day.
At Grafter, work and life are not mutually exclusive, but rather mutually beneficial. Balance is what enables our members to perform their best, and we’re on-hand to help with whatever you need, so you can focus on what’s important.
Grafter members enjoy exclusive and discounted access to hotels, restaurants and venues such as MamaYo, The Grayson, Power Gym, The Conrad and more - and we’re always building new relationships, to keep offering our members whatever they need for their most successful day.
In-House Hospitality
2022 welcomed Robert Scanlon to the Grafter team. Robert’s appointment is a significant milestone in Grafter’s overall mission not put ‘life’ back into ‘work’. With over 30 years’ experience in hospitality as a manger, creative director, consultant and restaurant owner in some of Ireland’s best loved venues, Robert will lead in the in-house Grafter hospitality team to ensure members enjoy the best experience and service possible.
Innovation is our ethos. We regularly meet with our members to review our in-house offering. Listening to our members allows us to provide an elevated experience, something special that sets us apart and makes a Grafter House more than a workspace and rather a vision of what community and work-life balance can be.
Whether that’s providing towel service and toiletries for those who commute by bike or inviting our members to sample organic wines from our partner family vineyard, we aim to make each workday at Grafter feel like something special.
London Calling: Bloomsbury Flexible Workspace at Bedford House
When business takes you abroad, traveling can be hectic enough. You want a comfortable place to rest, work and meet – which is why we are dedicated to growing the Grafter brand in thriving cities. And this year, we started with London.
Bedford House opened in autumn 2022, bringing a new luxury, flexible workspace to the heart of Bloomsbury, London. At Bedford House, our members enjoy beautifully presented and fully-furnished private offices in this stunning, refurbished period building, plus an in-house offering including towel service, fully-stocked kitchens, fast, reliable and secure internet connectivity, complimentary toiletries and more. Situated just 5 minutes from Soho, 10 from Mayfair, Bedford House has the added benefit of excellent connectivity; Tottenham Court Road is just around the corner, providing easy access across the whole of London and afar.
